Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping location.

  Processing and Refund

  Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
